Mesh Side Pockets

OMM’s Ultra 8 Marathon Pack comes with a large range of storage features that are suitable for carrying a large range of storage features. There are large mesh pockets – one on each side of the pack. The mesh pockets come with a strap system that allows you to separate out the pockets into two individual compartments. Ergonomically positioned above the kidneys for maximum levels of comfort the pockets are easy to reach on the go and can be used for carrying spare food, water bottles and kit.

Chest and Waist Belt

The combined waist and chest strap can be fully adjusted to create a tailored fit to your specific body type that stabilises the pack so that it moves with your movements and not against them. The adjustability of the strap also allows you to prepare for various different terrains. When you’re on rocky terrain and you want absolutely no movement in your pack you pull the straps apart so that you have both the chest and waist straps at different parts of your torso to provide even more security. For flatter running conditions you can easily push the straps together for less tension.

Yoke Harness

The harness system comes with a yoke design that ensures that the weight of your pack is carried on your shoulders and not on your waist. This take the pressure off your lungs and chest giving you full breathability while you’re on the move. The yoke shape manages to spread the load of your pack across the shoulders to balance out the weight and keep you centred.
