At Pro Cycle Store, we are dedicated to getting your high-performance cycling gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Flat rate shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our cycling gear and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details: Tell us the reason for the return or exchange and whether you want a refund, store credit, or a different product.
  3. Wait for Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original condition, including all tags, parts, and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship it to the address we provide.
    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Processing may take 5-10 business days after we issue the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal Refunds: These are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to changed mind.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Brake Pads & Brake Spares: For obvious hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Cassettes & Bottom Brackets: These components wear quickly once installed and are considered used after mounting.
  • Bash Guards: As they are designed to absorb impact and show immediate signs of use.
  • Bike Covers & Bells: Due to their nature and low cost, returns are not practical.
